It is essential to effectively prioritize duties, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and assign responsibilities as required. Strong communication skills are vital for leading and inspiring your team. While experience in the tire industry is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. This position plays a critical role in our company's ongoing development and success.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test
  • Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires is preferred, but not required
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and transport tires of varying weights, with or without mechanical assistance
  • Job duties may include repetitive movements, significant physical exertion, awkward postures, mechanical stress, and exposure to vibrations
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory
