The

Employee Experience Project Director

plays a pivotal role driving policy, process, programs, and technology impacting the associate experience, including the enterprise hybrid program.


Responsible for managing all aspects of enterprise wide solutioning including project management, stakeholder relationship management, process/solutions design, change management, communication, training, and tracking & reporting.

This individual will need to influence leaders and colleagues to deliver and drive business goals, productivity, a positive work culture, associate engagement, and the overall associate experience.


How you will make an impact:
Manages multiple large-scale initiatives impacting the associate experience.
Oversees policies, process, programs, and technology with a strong focus on human centered design.
Understands all aspects of the associate lifecycle (hire to retire) including key personas and experiences.
Guarantees the successful operation of our hybrid workplace model with emphasis on driving the associate experience.
Owns and manages the hybrid, vaccination, patient-member-facing, and relocation policies, including managing any policy exceptions.

Partners with key areas on policies, guidelines, behaviors, and norms driving alignment, equity of experience, and ensuring necessary resources are available and issues related to hybrid working are resolved promptly.

Manages and processes policy exceptions.
Regularly reviews and evolves workplace norms and practices.
Manages any implementation or program change including, change management, communication, and training of the hybrid program.

Oversees the governance of the hybrid model to ensure compliance and consistency in its application, including integration of new acquisitions.

Understands the business strategy, each location and the culture utilizing agile methods and practices to manage the hybrid program.
Partners with Talent Insights to monitor and report on the hybrid program.

Manages all metrics for accurate tracking, reporting, & dashboards including building leadership reporting decks.
Oversees hybrid surveys for ongoing assessment and continuous program improvement.

Partners with Corporate Real Estate on continuous improvement and consistency of the workspace and associate experience, including special events at major locations.


Minimum Requirements:


Requires a BA/BS in business, communications or related field; and minimum of 9 years professional project management experience, which at least 7 years are spent leading and directing large projects.


Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Workday system knowledge strongly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years in leadership/management position strongly preferred.
MA/MBA preferred.
Hybrid program management knowledge is preferred.
Proven experience in program and project management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficient in the use of project management tools.
Strong organizational agility with the ability to lead in a fast-paced and fluid environment across many cross functional areas.
Strong knowledge of employment legislature and regulations regarding remote work.
Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics and building dashboards.
Strong sense of leadership and a knack for guaranteeing smooth transitions in an ever-evolving hybrid work environment.
