Signaling Project Director , you will lead the strategic transformation of rail control systems, transitioning from legacy signaling and train control systems to advanced CBTC and SCADA solutions using Stadler's CBTC technology.

Your leadership will enhance operational efficiency, safety, and future-readiness of rail systems in the U.S. You will introduce cutting-edge technology to a legacy infrastructure and set new standards for urban transit.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the strategic and operational execution of large-scale, system-level Signaling projects.
Coordinate international teams in Europe and North America to ensure effective collaboration and project alignment
Lead and inspire multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective site management and stakeholder communication
Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory bodies, to maintain project scope, timelines, and compliance
Conduct comprehensive project reviews, identify and mitigate risks, optimize savings, and capitalize on opportunities
Implement the Project Management Plan (PMP), Communication Matrix, Work Package (WP) structure, and Monthly Progress Report (MPR) schedule
Drive the project to completion within time and budget constraints, ensuring quality standards and OHS&E compliance
Identify continuous improvement opportunities, fostering a culture of professional growth and development, and demonstrating professionalism, ethics, and accuracy under pressure
Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field

15+ years of experience leading large-scale, international rail or mass transit system projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.

Excellent communications skills with fluency in English

Deep knowledge of Signaling systems like CBTC, Conventional including external system, for the regulatory landscape of rail operations and construction.

Ability to foster a quality culture, collaborating proactively with developers, installers, safety regulators, and external stakeholders.
