At our Surgical Oncology Progressive Care Unit, we cater to gynecologic oncology patients requiring surgical interventions for Ovarian, Cervical, & Endometrial malignancies. Our comprehensive care extends to medical oncology overflow and bariatric surgery patients, recognized by U.S. News and World Report as a leading facility for women's care in Florida.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with GYN Oncology physicians for optimal patient care. Engage in daily multidisciplinary rounds to develop unified care plans. Our varied staffing model ensures efficient support with RNs, LPNs, and PCTs.
Highlights:
• Patient Care Model: Utilize a mixed staffing model for personalized care
• Ratios: Maintain 4-5 patients per RN/LPN to ensure quality care

Your Role:
As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will oversee direct and indirect nursing care responsibilities for specific patient groups. Adhere to regulatory standards and demonstrate outstanding customer service in all interactions.
