We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Transplant PCU team at AdventHealth Orlando. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical transplant care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential safety risks and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduate of a school of nursing.
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a medical-surgical or medical-telemetry setting.
- Current valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- EKG competency testing.
- 1 recent year of Medsurg or Medtele experience.
