What We're Looking For:


Iridium is seeking a talented and motivated Low Code Applications Programmer to join our team In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing solutions for our stakeholders by utilizing a low-code development platform to meet their specific needs.

Your work will involve closely collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements, designing efficient solutions, and implementing them with precision.


What You'll Do:

  • Work with a combination of form builders and workflow designers to deliver functionality within Iridium's Enterprise Applications Platforms
  • Research and analyze internal and external business processes to automate and optimize them
  • Coordinate and work on ServiceNow service requests daily; create and update tickets in ticketing software, conduct followup calls, and perform tests and troubleshooting
  • Participate in Agile software development ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Perform QA testing for system upgrades and enhancements
  • Participate in creating and maintaining integrations between systems and execute new reporting requests

Experience & Education Requirements / EEO:

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent, relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years' experience in a technical support capacity
  • A strong problem diagnosis skillset
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to capture and define requirements
  • Knowledge of APIs and software integrations
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and REST
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information and ideas to others
  • Have confidence and be able to easily build meaningful relationships with your manager and members of your team
  • Must be able to prioritize your tasks, be selfaware enough to identify and correct mistakes, and not be afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Be active in seeking out ways to improve yourself and gain new knowledge, and be enthusiastic in sharing knowledge with others

Things That Would be _Great_
if You Brought to the Table:

  • Experience with ServiceNow and its modules including how they interact (Flow Designer, Workflows, Integration Hub, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or Teams administration

We'll also need you to:

  • Be a US Citizen
  • Be able to work outside of standard business hours, on occasion, as applicable

Work Environment:

This position primarily works in the company office or in a home office.

The position is largely sedentary with the majority of the position sitting in a chair and working with a computer.

The role uses basic office equipment including a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse and printer.

For meetings in-person, this position will need to be able stand, walk within the office and climb stairs on occasion.
