In this role, you will be responsible for providing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in CCH Residential homes. Your duties will include implementing individual program plans and behavior plans.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating a positive and nurturing environment for residents
  • Providing personalized care and training
  • Supporting residents in decision-making and productivity
  • Promoting independence in daily activities
  • Assisting residents in community integration
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Documenting all necessary information
  • Offering assistance with educational experiences
  • Being flexible with shifts
  • Operating facility vehicles as needed


Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
  • Completion of required trainings
  • DSP certification
  • RBT certification (or completion within 1st year)
