Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to pharmacy staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent patient care and meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and service.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staffing, and workflow optimization.
