At Executive Travel our Vacation Travel Advisor assists travelers and their families find the perfect travel journey to destinations around the world with a goal of building long term relations of trust and support.

We are looking for a passionate individual to work with our team at Executive Travel.

A day in the life of a Vacation Travel Advisor at Executive Travel Inc

may include:
Selling our services to prospective clients in person, on the phone, or with email.

Meeting with clients, developing relationships, building proposals for destinations to meet each client's individual needs.

Performing the services to our clients with a high level of professionalism at all times.

Research and provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements

Requirements

This might be the job for you if you:

Are highly productive in a self-directed work environment


Have a good sense of geography and workings of the travel industry to understand how to plan trips and construct itineraries.

Enjoy customized planning/puzzles

Have the ability to communicate with confidence and create a credible impression to clients

Are self-motivated; demonstrating initiative with a strong commitment to personal goals, objectives and work ethic

Can effectively multi-task while managing time and upholding a professional rapport with clients

Possess strong customer-focus and service orientation

Administrative experience

We'd love it if you also have:
Personal effectiveness/credibility

A keen attention to detail and accuracy

Comfort dealing with highly complex situations

Flexibility and are able to work efficiently and effectively with frequent interruptions

Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Domestic and international travel experience
