MDG is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager who is highly proficient in the utilization of the Datorama platform for our digital marketing agency.

As an Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our clients leverage the power of data-driven insights to optimize their marketing campaigns and drive business growth.

Your expertise in Datorama will be essential in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data from various digital channels, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Datorama platform to develop, execute, and maintain data analytics frameworks that measure the success and effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, data analysts, and digital marketing strategists, to understand client objectives and develop strategic data-driven solutions.
  • Implement, configure, and manage Datorama for multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate data integration from various digital channels, CRMs, and advertising platforms.
  • Create customized dashboards and reports within Datorama, enabling clients to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign performance in real-time.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
  • Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to clients, helping them optimize their digital marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing analytics trends, industry best practices, and advancements related to Datorama, and propose innovative ideas to enhance clients' analytics capabilities.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on Datorama's functionalities and best practices, ensuring effective platform utilization across the agency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of analytics reports and performance updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Datorama support team to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot data integration problems, and improve overall platform performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and standard operating procedures for Datorama usage within the agency.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, data science, or a related field. A master's degree will be an asset.
  • Proven work experience as an Analytics Manager, Data Analyst, or similar role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Expertise in working with the Datorama platform, including implementation, configuration, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret vast amounts of data from diverse sources.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Excellent understanding and practical knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and other advertising technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and establish strong working relationships.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and privacy laws related to data handling and management.
