The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing business systems within start-up or growth-stage environments and possess a deep understanding of NetSuite ERP.

Suite Business Systems Analyst:
Lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems to support business objectives.
Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Administer and configure NetSuite, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
Stay updated with NetSuite updates and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
Qualifications / Experience:
4-6 years of experience in implementing business systems in start-up or growth-stage settings.
2-3 years of experience with implementing and/or administering NetSuite ERP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
