About the General Manager Role:

As a General Manager at Dogtopia, your primary responsibility is to ensure the success of your team and location. This role demands a hands-on approach and effective leadership to drive excellence across all operations.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Take ownership of the overall performance of the location
  • Lead and manage a team of 15-25 employees
  • Cultivate a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement
  • Enhance membership growth, profitability, and charitable contributions
  • Prioritize operational efficiency and ongoing enhancements

Key Operational Tasks:

  • Manage Dog Operations, including Daycare, Boarding, and Spa services
  • Oversee Hiring, Training, and Performance Management
  • Drive Sales and prioritize Customer Service
  • Ensure superb Facility Management and cleanliness
  • Manage Scheduling and Timekeeping

Your Background & Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams
  • Proven ability to take accountability for results
  • Experience in dynamic environments and overcoming challenges
  • Minimum of 3 years in retail, hospitality, or similar industries, with at least 2 years in managerial roles

Salary: Competitive annual salary based on experience
