General Purpose:

As an Area Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing a specific section of the store and managing its day-to-day operations. You'll also step in as the Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers and a supportive work environment for associates.

Qualifications and Special Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements/ADA:

Be prepared for physical tasks that include standing, walking, lifting, and bending. All Store equipment should be handled effectively, and you should be ready to take on various assignments that may require additional qualifications.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

You'll be supervising Retail Associates and Stockroom Leads if applicable.
