Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform software builds and deploys
  • Provide support to the Program and Software Configuration Control Board
  • Maintain Action Item and Change Request databases
  • Design, plan, enforce and coordinate CM processes and procedures
  • Manage digital product development/media libraries
  • Document and maintain guidelines and standards for dependency management, build and versioning
  • Facilitate the Digital Change Review Board (DCRB)
  • Coordinate data transfers and courier support among various environments

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) with at least 8 years of engineering experience. Experience with version control and change management tools, SWCM technology, IT, development/scripting, Windows and Unix/Linux Operating Systems, and US government Secret security clearance.


Additional Skills:

  • Experience with SWCM tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps Server (ADS), Git, BitBucket, IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), IBM Rational ClearCase, Jenkins, Artifactory
  • Experience with scripting programming languages such as Perl, shell, batch, Python, Ruby, or YAML
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) concepts
  • Database/SWCM tool administration and configuration management best practices
  • Experience with Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) and software industry best practices
