  • Serve as UKG Subject Matter Expert: Train the team, audit HR systems for accuracy, produce custom UKG reporting, partner with leadership on dashboarding, and establish baseline metrics/KPIs
  • Develop and implement innovative and data-driven HR strategies for effective people planning, employee engagement/experience, process improvement, etc.
  • Ensures dynamic assessment of organization capability, including strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, on a forward-looking basis
  • Build and support managers and employees with self-serve HR systems
  • Understand business goals and recommend informed approaches to HR initiatives, policies and procedures that drive success
  • Consults with business leaders on talent, leadership, people strategy, organization development, rewards, and culture
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement
  • Execute HR initiatives, providing comprehensive internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement
  • Facilitate and partner as necessary using sound judgment and an informed approach to resolve employee relation concerns
  • Provides both solutions and training to managers and employees on people issues - HR 101, Harassment & Discrimination, Performance Management, etc
  • Work directly with managers in all departments to support them in effectively managing their teams and managing performance this includes consulting, coaching, and overall support with any communications
  • Provide leadership in talent management including bi-weekly orientation, employee onboarding, talent assessments, internal mobility, career pathing, and succession planning
  • Partner with operations leadership to drive engagement based on their Employee Engagement Survey results in alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate on Employee Experience calendar including annual activities, DEIB, and employee engagement
  • Lead team of 2, including recruitment and employee relations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience including 3 years in Human Resources
  • Expert user in UKG/UKGPro including UltiPro Business Intelligence(BI)
  • Collect and analyze HR data and make recommendations
  • Very strong Excel skills including the ability to manage large sets of data and effectively summarize and present findings in both written and verbal form
  • Must have experience working with a workforce of 200+ employees
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Solutions-focused approach and high level of comfort in a high-performing environment with ambitious deliverables
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and drive appropriate resolutions
  • Must be able to develop and propose creative, novel, and impactful talent solutions that support business objectives and strike an appropriate balance between building company capability, speed of delivery, cost sensitivity and specificity of requirements
  • An ability to operate effectively and succeed within a changing, fast-paced matrix environment with multiple cultures and stakeholders
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and proven ability to make sound recommendations
  • HR/Employee Relations experience in a multistate, multi-unit environment preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Miami or Charlotte preferred, regional travel up to 25% may be required
POSITION SUPERVISION:
  • Employee reports directly to Executive Vice President.
