InteliChart is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. We're looking for a proactive and organized individual with experience in HR, Recruiting and Payroll.

What you will be doing in this role?

  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Administer various aspects of the employee lifecycle (including new hire orientation and benefits enrollment), with a focus on employee experience and compliance, in partnership with other HR functions and crossfunctional teams.
  • Partners with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required to develop job descriptions and postings.
  • Semimonthly payroll processing for hourly and salary staff.
  • Conduct ongoing audits of BambooHR, employee files, and benefits systems to ensure accurate records at all times.
  • Primary point of contact for FMLA and other leave requests.
  • Assist with benefits administration for all health/welfare and retirement plans.
  • Responsible for internal training regarding the interview and onboarding processes.
  • Assists in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Participates in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
  • Suggests new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and the organization to improve the employee experience.

What you need for this position?

  • Minimum of 13 years of human resources generalist experience.
  • Minimum of 13 years of recruiting experience.
  • Working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Willing to put in significant effort to help drive business growth.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Good to have:

  • Experience working with BambooHR, Lattice, Ease, Kudos.
  • Experience working with a healthcare and/or technology company.
