Corporate Development Associate Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for M&A, Strategy, FP&A, and M&A Integration
  • Preparing board materials and completing ad-hoc projects
  • Driving earnings in the aftermarket - working with several cross-functional departments
  • Creating strategy through senior-level guidance
  • Prepare data and analysis to recommend strategy
  • Work directly with Lenders, Senior Leadership, and C-Suite Executives

Associate Corporate Development Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or M&A deal experience
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
  • Relevant M&A Experience - Agriculture or Industrials strongly preferred
