We are seeking a skilled Marketing Director to execute our marketing strategy and drive our growth to new heights.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Director will play a critical role in executing the marketing strategy for United Comfort Group.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this full-time, fully remote position will involve overseeing media buying, direct mail, and digital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the home service industry and a proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles.


Marketing Director Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Execution
  • Implement and manage the comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and drive growth across all home service companies within United Comfort Group.
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to refine and adapt strategies based on market trends and performance metrics.
Media Buying and Management
  • Oversee media buying efforts in conjunction with our agency of record, including planning and management of media campaigns across various channels (TV, radio, print, online).
Direct Mail Campaigns
  • Develop and execute direct mail campaigns to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Digital Marketing
  • Support our digital marketing agency on marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Team Collaboration
  • Manage and support the marketing team, including media buyers and digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results driven environment.

Content Development
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.

Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing regular reports and insights to the VP of Marketing.

Marketing Director Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in marketing within the home service industry (HVAC preferred).Proven track record of successful marketing leadership and strategy execution.

Strong knowledge of media buying, direct mail, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation tools).Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
