As a Territory Manager at Marcone Plumbing, you'll have the exciting responsibility of engaging with new and existing customers to drive sales growth, introduce new products, resolve issues, provide training, and boost business for dealers. This role requires a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service, utilizing company sales tools effectively, and analyzing market competition to influence sales strategies.

The Territory Manager position revolves around supporting the Detroit/Eastern Michigan Territory.

Requirements & Duties
  • Provides excellent customer service through consistent interaction, problem-solving, and follow-up
  • Communicates effectively with customers via various channels
  • Focuses on cultivating customer relationships and expanding the customer base
  • Engages in cold calling activities to maintain a healthy customer pipeline
  • Demonstrates proficiency in sales presentations and closing deals
  • Delivers marketing programs and maintains knowledge of products and promotions
  • Assists in accounts receivable collection when necessary
  • Ensures accurate reporting and follows company procedures diligently
  • Travels as required and attends training sessions
  • Explores new business opportunities and enhances customer relationships
  • Qualifications
    • High school diploma and some college coursework in Business or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in HVAC parts sales or technical background
    • Positive demeanor with a willingness to assist others
    • Familiarity with MS Office applications and numerical analysis
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and possess reliable transportation
