Job Skills / Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY:
HES Facilities Management is in need of Custodial Managers to supervise custodial operations across multiple locations within a school district or university campus.

As an Account Manager, you will establish and nurture positive relationships with hourly custodial staff, engage with customers on a daily basis, and address any pressing issues promptly. The Account Manager will oversee inspections, training, and ensuring adequate supply levels at each site. Reporting to a Regional Manager who supervises a wider area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Dynamic, hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience in management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to comprehend documents like safety regulations, operating manuals, and procedural instructions.
  • Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Punctual, consistent attendance.
  • Compensation based on experience.

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Associate's Degree Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
