  • Follow all Company Rules and Regulations as outlined in the Field Controls Employee Manual
  • Adhere to Safety Rules and Regulations and promptly report any safety concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness to acceptable standards and conduct 5S+1 audits when required
  • Manufacture, assemble, and package materials or finished goods according to provided instructions
  • Ensure work is completed meeting quality and production expectations
  • Report any issues or concerns to the relevant personnel
  • Complete all cross-training requirements within the team to advance to Operator II
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned
