Operations Supervisor
The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager in managing clinic operations and staff efficiently to deliver high-quality patient care and enhance the patient experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care delivery
- Managing clinic schedules, time & attendance, and performance management
- Coordinating provider schedules and optimizing clinic operations
Key Duties:
- Assisting with inventory management and supply ordering
- Ensuring compliance with financial objectives and maximizing revenue collection
- Enhancing patient relations and promoting technological offerings
- Training staff on company policies and procedures, safety protocols, and EHR systems
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a medical office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Record systems
Core Competencies:
- Effective communication
- Building patient loyalty and positive working relationships
- Showing initiative and attention to detail
Work Environment:
The Operations Supervisor works in a high-volume clinic setting and may be exposed to infectious diseases. They must also ensure facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
