Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor at Fort Mill Medical Center is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This includes overseeing patient care, staffing, and fiscal management, while promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement unit goals and objectives
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
  • 2-3 years of experience in Acute Care or a comparable setting, with demonstrated leadership ability
  • A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
  • Other certifications required may vary by unit and will be determined during the orientation period
