The Clinical Supervisor at Fort Mill Medical Center is a key leader responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Emergency Department. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of residence
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting, with demonstrated leadership ability
- BSN degree preferred
- Relevant certifications, such as PALS, ACLS, and CPI
