Job Description: Experienced Automotive Accounting Staff

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Staff to join our team in Mc Kinney, TX, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto dealership accounting and experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software.

Responsibilities could include:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Bill car deals
  • Reconcile schedules
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto dealership accounting
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
