Job Description:
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including compensation analysis, employee relations, and other general HRBP tasks. The ideal candidate possesses a career trajectory geared towards growth and demonstrates strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HRBP functions.
  • Proven experience in compensation analysis and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • PHR/SPHR certification required.
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
