Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while staying composed
  • Prepare beverages following alcohol regulations and company standards
  • Keep the bar clean and well-stocked
  • Demonstrate a wide cocktail knowledge and prepare complex drinks consistently
  • Handle money transactions accurately and serve guests promptly and courteously
  • Check IDs as per guidelines and resolve customer service issues professionally
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Must obtain California Food Handler's card within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate narrow spaces
