Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies, to ensure that our bar is always fully stocked and ready to serve.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, management, and guests, ensuring that every interaction is professional and courteous.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a bartending or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Food Handler's certificate from the County of San Diego preferred.
Working Conditions

As a Bartender at Aztec Shops, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, often in a loud stadium arena. You will be exposed to extreme heat or cold, and may be required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
