Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, wells, and guest-facing areas
  • Assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders as needed
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • Knowledge of mixology and basic drink recipes
  • Ability to recognize and deter guests from becoming intoxicated
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handler's certificate from the County of San Diego (preferred)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
Working Conditions

Work is regularly performed in a loud stadium arena, with exposure to loud noises, food fumes, and alcohol fumes. Must be able to stand for the entire shift and move, lift, or carry heavy objects or materials up to 50 pounds.
