  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Must be local to Houston and willing to work a hybrid schedule onsite

Job Description

A client in the Northwest Houston area is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the IT Department who will be responsible for:

  • PO creation, paying invoices, control of purchase card for department
  • Control of manager's agenda, booking and coordinating travel
  • Collecting and organizing receipts and completing expense reports
  • Utilizing SAP to track POs
  • Working with project managers over different projects to tracking budget controls, create graphs on spend vs how much is budgeted, etc.
  • Track data and information in excel using Pivot Tables and Graphs
  • Responsible for 3 primary managers but up to 10 people in the department to cover
  • Coordinate reservation of conference rooms for meetings and ordering lunches for onsite meetings
