Exciting Opportunity - Regional Account Manager

We are looking for a Regional Account Manager (RAM) who will take charge of maintaining client relationships in a specific territory, overseeing existing international recruitment processes, and fostering growth through re-orders and expanding portfolios. The RAM will be the main contact for clients and collaborate with recruitment, legal, immigration, licensure, and relocation teams, ensuring seamless operations. This role also involves handling new client onboarding and potential business prospecting. Additionally, the RAM will supervise a Client Services coordinator to deliver top-notch service to the territory.

Reporting To: The Director of Account Management

Key Responsibilities:

Build Strong Customer Relationships

  • Nurture relationships with key clients, including C-suite executives, in the territory.
  • Drive process efficiency and improvements both internally and externally.
  • Meet growth targets by securing re-orders, expanding portfolios, and onboarding new clients.
  • Arrange client visits and engage with stakeholders.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize returns.

Operational Excellence

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their journey with us.
  • Foster internal collaboration for seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate project tasks and maintain client communication.
  • Resolve issues and generate monthly client reports.
  • Lead client calls and coach Client Service Coordinator(s).

Project Management

  • Support business projects by identifying and addressing risks.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and liaise between departments.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Handle various project management responsibilities.
  • Take initiative and ensure timely task completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare/staffing industries.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer-focused.
