E-commerce Email Marketing Specialist

The Challenge and The Opportunity

Are you an expert in E-commerce Email Marketing?We are looking for a creative and results-oriented individual to join our marketing team. If you are passionate about engaging with audiences through email marketing in the e-commerce field, we want to know more about you.

As the E-commerce Email Marketing Specialist, you will be in charge of developing, executing, and enhancing our e-commerce email marketing strategies to boost customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Collaboration with various teams is crucial to create and run effective email campaigns that align with our brand and business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute successful e-commerce email marketing campaigns to accomplish specific business objectives like lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Segment and target different audience groups to deliver personalized and significant content that connects with our customers.
  • Create and manage an e-commerce email marketing schedule to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and enhance customer interaction.
  • Constantly experiment and refine email content, subject lines, layouts, and CTAs to enhance campaign performance and elevate conversion rates.
  • Analyze email campaign data and generate regular performance reports to monitor KPIs and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, top practices, and rules in email marketing to guide strategy formation and foster innovation.

Our products are accessible through various means, including dedicated consumer websites, Amazon, wholesale distributors, local retailers, and consumer events. Located in Vancouver, WA, just north of Portland, Crafts Group is a division of the Blue Point Capital Partners group.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer goods sector.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing effective email marketing campaigns that boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency in email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and familiarity with A/B testing and segmentation.
  • Thorough knowledge of email marketing best practices, such as deliverability, list management, and compliance with privacy regulations and anti-spam policies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess campaign performance, and offer data-driven suggestions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp attention to detail and the capability to craft compelling content.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience in email design is a plus.
Benefits
Compensation

We present a competitive compensation package, with pay rates determined by your expertise, background, and location. Additionally, we provide bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

The initial pay scales are:

$ $31.50 per hour for Washington

$ $32.00 per hour for Utah

$ $32.00 per hour for Ohio

$ per hour for Rhode Island

Candidates from various regions within the United States may receive different salary proposals.
