Project Assistant

Operations Support:

  • Fulfill project task orders as needed
  • Update project statuses
  • Complete field assessments and inspections
  • Coordinate subcontractors as needed
  • Make minor repairs as needed
  • Assist project leads with general project administration and procurement
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Good critical thinking, communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Google G-Suite
  • Experience with Sales Force is a great plus
  • Assist in bid preparation
  • Compile project submittals, update submittal log as required
  • Compile project closeout documents
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy project files
