Product Development Admin:
Communicate daily with overseas suppliers and internal departments including Marketing, Sales, and Inventory teams
Responsible for editing/maintaining sample logs as well as tracking, receiving, and checking in all sample shipments
Responsible for communicating with licensors regarding all new models and special frame requests
Responsible for day to day tasks within the department including file saving, folder filing, sample organizing, etc.
Assist the department with any meeting prep including checking out samples, creating linesheets, taking pictures, etc.
Provide assistance to frame designers with admin work including printing, filing, etc.
Manage Department Calendar and schedule all appointments for supplier office visits, trade shows and development trips
Maintain current sample frame board
Mange and order office supplies specific to the department
Attend trade shows as needed
Special projects as assigned
Skills: Administrative support, logistics, product knowledge, Microsoft office, photoshop illustrator
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to work both independently and in a group/team setting
Deadline driven with strong follow-up skills
Shows initiative with a quick ability and desire to learn
Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
Photoshop and Illustrator (desired, not necessary)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in product development administration
Experience within the Eyewear Industry or related degree in fashion, merchandising, design a plus
Experience Level: Intermediate Level
