SME Maritime Pilot

A. Harold and Associates, LLC, is in search of a skilled part-time Pilot to work as a Subject Matter Expert and Courseware Developer focused on Maritime aviation at NAS Jacksonville. This role involves contributing to the enhancement of aircrew training materials and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review, revise, and develop aircrew courseware and training materials
  • Create design documents, scenarios, and instructional materials
  • Ensure quality and technical correctness of multimedia lessons
  • Contribute to all phases of the courseware development process
  • Align project scope with client requirements
  • Meet project deadlines and milestones
  • Interact with active-duty Instructors and Government SMEs
  • Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field; higher degrees preferred
  • Minimum two years' experience with the P-8 aircraft or training programs
  • Knowledge of P-8A operational capabilities and security issues
  • Experience as a P-8A Instructor Pilot preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Eligible for DoD Secret security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
