***Position Summary***
As a Cook at Carson Tahoe Health you will be responsible for general cooking such as production preparation, service set up, utilization of left overs and tray line service while adhering to Hospital standards. The position will also assist with special function and catering along with hot food production and kitchen sanitation.
***Minimum Qualifications***
1-year prior experience in food service and public contact
1-year prior experience in cooking in institutional kitchen equipment usage.
1-year experience in modified diet cookery preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
