Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a skilled Aircraft Painter to join our team In Torrance California.

As an Aircraft Painter, you will operate spray painting equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal products, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with FAA regulations.

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Operate spray painting equipment to apply paint, enamel, and other coatings.
Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups or corrections.
Maintain painting equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
Document work performed and materials used in accordance with company and FAA requirements.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
4-6 years of experience in industrial painting, preferably in the aerospace industry.
~ Completion of an apprenticeship and/or formal training in industrial painting is preferred.
~ Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
~ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
~ Basic knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to painting and handling hazardous materials.

Ability to work on 1st shift
Exposure to paint fumes and other hazardous materials; proper safety equipment will be provided.
