Ni Hao Chinese is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility's structure, machinery, equipment, grounds, plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC systems.

• Maintain and repair facilities, including carpentry, painting, and repairs or alteration of structures.
• Perform skilled trade work, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Make periodic or special inspections to determine repair work necessary.
• Assist with staff work orders, duty and oversight charts for specific areas of the property.

• 5 years experience in large resort, hotel or country club property, including large landscape maintenance and building maintenance.
• Ability to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Operation of a 7-passenger/ mini-van vehicle transporting students or goods.

This is a part-time/full-time position with an hourly rate of $16 - $18/hour.
