About the Role and Company:

The Consumer Investments Operations Support Team Manager role at Bank of America is a fantastic opportunity within our expanding business. We are looking for talented leaders to spearhead a team focused on providing operational solutions for our partners and clients. This position involves managing a variety of brokerage operational functions through an inbound contact center channel to support front line associates in meeting client needs. As a Manager, you will cultivate strategic relationships, drive operational excellence, and foster talent development within the business.



  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of associates, focusing on talent development, business ownership, and risk management
  • Coach and train associates to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional client service
  • Exhibit critical thinking skills to address client issues efficiently

Required Qualifications:
  • Sound judgment and ability to make good business decisions

  • Proven ability to coach and motivate others towards excellence
  • Superior client service proficiency
  • Knowledge of Consumer Investment products and procedures
  • 3+ years of Consumer Investments experience
