Temporary Full Time Recovery Support Staff San Antonio, TX

Join our dedicated team at San Antonio Recovery Center as a Recovery Support Staff member. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing direct supervision and support to clients throughout their stay.


Responsibilities:
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exemplary customer service
  • Supervise clients and enforce policies and procedures
  • Observe and oversee medication administration with accurate record-keeping
  • Work independently or collaboratively to complete assigned tasks effectively
  • Support clients in applying the 12 Steps to real-life situations
  • Act as a liaison between clients and clinicians
  • Identify growth opportunities for clients and assess their progress
  • Assist in new client admissions and discharge processes
  • Transport clients to appointments and off-site meetings
  • Uphold the values and mission of the organization

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of 12-step recovery principles is a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Prior experience in a substance abuse facility is beneficial
  • Clear drug screen and background check
