  • Deliver technical training in both virtual and classroom settings using remote learning tools
  • Support customers, partners, and internal staff in mastering InterSystems products to excel in their roles
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop innovative instructional solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical training sessions for diverse audiences to enhance their skills
  • Hone your presentation abilities and keep audiences engaged
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies, including cloud and big data initiatives
  • Enhance your technical expertise in database platforms, interoperability products, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated instructional skills
  • Strong technical and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in software/application training preferred
  • Ability to convey complex concepts to different audiences
  • Quick learner with a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel for on-site training

Educational Background:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related STEM field
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming is advantageous
