Job Summary:
Join our team as a CSR I, working under the guidance of the Call Center Supervisor to deliver top-notch customer service. Your role involves informing customers about Energy Efficiency program requirements, verifying eligibility, managing calls, and maintaining accurate records.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inform customers about program requirements and offerings
  • Verify customer eligibility
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls using CRM
  • Log all customer interactions and update records
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Maintain data records accurately and securely
  • Monitor program outcomes and suggest improvements
  • Perform related tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle customer information confidentially
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
  • Knowledge of the energy efficiency industry
