We're looking for someone who can:
  • Manage the technical aspects of CRM application
  • Maintain the functional areas of data management, monitor end-user usage and security and ensure data integrity across all systems
  • Implement feature sets using standard and custom objects, workflows, triggers, user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, email alerts and templates, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Integration tools to other third-party solutions
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades for optimal performance
  • Identify usage and data problems and craft technical / communication plans to remedy.
  • Support and train new end users on the applications
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues
You Should Have the Following:
  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent required, MS in Computer Science/Engineering a plus
  • 5+ years of Developer experience; certifications preferred (e.g. Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder)
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience with OOP Programming, Server-side Java, Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP or equivalent
  • Good understanding about Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Solid grasp and hands-on experience of Salesforce, such as configuration, workflows, process builder, triggers, managing custom objects, fields, formulas, IDE, Migration Tools, Web Services, Lighting Enablement, Aura framework, Salesforce Lightning Framework, Aura and Lightning Web Components.
  • Developing custom applications on Salesforce development environment, including IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Application development, assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,
  • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
  • Create POCs for the stakeholders to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with customers.
  • Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices
  • Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging
  • Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production
  • Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.
  • Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce. com platform
  • Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data. Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage.
  • Prior experience with will be a plus.
