We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team at LCS Senior Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents and leading a team of licensed nurses and quality of life specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Nursing Care: Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, and obtaining specimens as needed.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed nurses and quality of life specialists, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care.
- Staff Scheduling and Management: Schedule staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Admission and Care Planning: Participate in the admission of new residents and develop and monitor care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services regarding facility conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
- Education: Minimum LPN/LVN degree in Nursing required.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in nursing, preferably in assisted living or memory care.
Monday through Friday, with a weekend on-call rotation every four weeks. Wages start at $31 per hour.
