As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our mortgage products and services.

We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.


Roles & Responsibilities:
·

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and programs across various channels.
·

Oversee the marketing budget for the assigned channel and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
·

Source, negotiate, and manage advertising buys to maximize reach and impact.
·

Design and implement a consistent brand strategy across all media platforms.
·

Create compelling content for NRMLA web and magazine to engage and inform our audience.
·

Plan and execute trade show participation, including registration, booth design, collateral creation, and logistics.
·

Develop new marketing collateral and presentations to support the activities of our Account Executives.
·

Manage email campaigns and other channel communications.
·

Produce a quarterly newsletter to keep our stakeholders informed about company updates and industry trends.
·

Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
·

Coordinate the production and distribution of mailers, partner gifts, and holiday baskets.
·

Draft and distribute press releases to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
·

Plan and implement the rollout of proprietary programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
·

Explore the potential development of Continuing Education (CE) classes for Financial Advisors to expand our reach and impact.

Qualifications:
·

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
·

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
·

Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and projects.
·

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
·

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms.
