As a Call Center Collections Professional at Spectrum, you'll monitor inbound and outbound call traffic to collect on bad debt accounts. This role involves direct communication with customers, utilizing account research and investigation to resolve or collect debt. It's a highly collaborative environment where colleagues support both customers and each other.

- Acting based on transaction characteristics as necessary

- Contacting customers by phone to collect debt

- Answering customer inquiries regarding unpaid debt
- Performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping, mathematics, and general office procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work within operational hours

- Ability to apply sound judgment to billing disputes
- Problem-solving skills with various variables
- Proficient negotiation and Microsoft Excel skills
- History of accountability and dependability
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
