Our specialized hospitals provide high-level care akin to that of traditional medical centers or ICUs, specifically catering to the needs of chronically ill and medically complex patients over an extended period.

As a Clinical Liaison, you will:

  • Conduct patient assessments to pinpoint potential admissions to the facility.
  • Manage referrals and admissions through interactions with assigned hospitals and territories, representing the hospital professionally to referral sources.
  • Develop and oversee marketing strategies for designated hospitals.
  • Engage in one-on-one interactions with potential referral sources, nurturing positive relationships with existing ones.
  • Utilize educational opportunities to showcase the hospital to referral sources.
  • Identify, contact, and oversee potential client relationships.
  • Source appropriate patients for the hospital.
  • Coordinate the conveyance of clinical and treatment benefits to patients, families, and external entities.
  • Act as a liaison for external agencies, non-affiliated facilities, and outside providers, with the majority of work conducted off-site.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field highly desired.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clinical license preferred; Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), Respiratory Therapist (RT).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of prior healthcare sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Considerable healthcare sales background may be accepted in place of a bachelor's degree.
  • Completion of formal sales training is advantageous.
