We are hiring a Business Analyst for an international bank based in Casablanca

The bank is dedicated to corporate customers and is currently undergoing a digitalization project for their business processes. The corporate tribe within the Digital Factory is in search of a Business Analyst to ensure alignment between business needs and the information system in an Agile Scrum framework.

Mission
  • Support the Product Owner in defining Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Provide technical and digital expertise throughout the product lifecycle
  • Contribute to improving the product backlog and its prioritization
  • Assist in testing User Stories and conducting regression tests
  • Ensure transparency and clarity of the product backlog for all team members

Throughout the product's development, the Business Analyst plays a crucial role in prioritizing tasks, detailing user stories, and ensuring testing and validation are efficiently carried out.

Profile

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Operational Skills:
  • Master's degree
  • Experience in a similar role in the banking industry, project management, and familiarity with agile/digital environments
Technical/Soft skills:
  • Team player with diplomatic skills
  • Comfortable sharing knowledge and expertise with team members and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of digital trends, standards, and challenges
  • Practical experience with Agile methodologies and backlog prioritization techniques
  • Humility

Contract Type: Freelance

Duration of the Mission: 3 months, renewable (project visibility for a minimum of 1 year)
