Nous sommes à la recherche pour le compte d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca, un Data Scientist.

Missions & Activités:

a. Cas de nouveaux besoins :

  • Cadrage et définition du besoin avec les métiers
  • Ateliers avec les équipes digital, architecture, infrastructure pour fournir les prérequis à l'industrialisation des modèles
  • Développement des modèles sur le datalab
  • Partage itératif des résultats obtenus
  • Planification de phase de tests avec les métiers
  • Ajustements suite aux retours des métiers
  • Mise en production et ordonnancement du modèle sur la plateforme dédiée
  • Documentation des modèles développés
  • Formation sur les modèles développés

b. Modèles existants :

  • Interactions avec les équipes architecture, DIFA, IT pour l'industrialisation des modèles
  • Tests des modèles sur les plateformes datalab et de production
  • Echange avec les métiers pour cibler les améliorations à apporter aux modèles
  • Monitoring des résultats vs prévisions
  • Documentations associées

Profil Recherché :

  • Ingénieur (BAC+ 5 ou plus), ayant minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le
    domaine bancaire.
  • Data scientist confirmé, avec un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le
    développement de modèles analytiques et Machine Learning.

Compétences opérationnelles:

  • Expérience dans le domaine bancaire sur des sujets analytiques.
  • Bonne connaissance des outils Python, GytHub,
  • Capacité à développer sous Sql
  • Connaissances des méthodes de gestion de projet en AGILE
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse et rédactionnelles
  • Une capacité de coordination avec les différents acteurs d'un projet
  • Maitrise des méthodologies projets (Cadrage, conception, Homologation Bancaire, Conduite de Changement, ...)
  • Sens de la communication et aisance relationnelle

Compétences techniques :
L'asset technologique est basé sur les technologies suivantes :

  • Language/Environnement de développement : Python/Anaconda, JupyterLab, Gitlab
  • Machine Learning : Scikit-learn
  • Ordonnanceur : Air flow
  • ETL : Talend, SQL Server
  • Reporting : Business Objects, Cognos, SAS
  • UNIX/Windows : Scripting Shell/Power Shell

Durée la mission : 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)
