Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Engineering discipline
~10+ years of experience in federal health IT in a contractor capacity (business development, program delivery, or operations) or a federal employee
~5+ years of experience in solution development or technical architecture, preferably in the VA IT space
~ Direct experience with the VA's IT ecosystem and operational technology platforms, including but not limited to: Salesforce, Cerner, ServiceNow, InterSystems, Microsoft (Power Platform, D365, PowerBI, Azure), AWS, Azure, Pega, , Appian, Databricks
~ Understanding of Department of Defense (DOD), Veterans Administration (VA) and Health and Human Services (HHS) markets
~ Demonstrated success in leading development of a federal health IT solution with a total contract value (TCV) of at least $75M involving at least three external teaming partners which was sold to the Department of Veterans Affairs,
~ Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to review data and make fact based decisions and/or recommendations
~ Demonstrated ability to travel when needed

The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $122,100 to $234,700 annually.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
